We equip both vertical MCT and horizontal MCT, and adopt a production system that is specialized for small quantity batch production. It is a production line that is available efficient work with shot setting time and continuous process improvement. We produce rear case, balance housing, bearing cap, main bearing case, exhaust manifold, cooling water pump case, universal joint, etc.

The Connecting Rod production lines are built as process automation lines, and consist of eight industrial robots and four automation lines. We currently produce 13 products with specialized production lines for small quantity batch production. The biggest advantage of Daesong is the cost competitiveness through continuous process improvement, low development budget, and high quality products. We have a production capacity of more than 30,000 units annually.
